2018 Dundee Hills Incline Pinot Noir
The Dundee Hills Incline from our Iron Filbert Vineyard has flamboyant aromas of nectarine, raspberry, hibiscus and rose. On the palate, it shows a deep intense flavor profile, rounded by silky tannins. Although this wine has lots of flavor concentration, it maintains a remarkable balance. We anticipate it will drink well for 10+ years.

Production Notes
Aged on the lees for 11 months in 10% new French oak barrels. Coopers include Atelier Centre France, Taransaud, and François Frères. We practice native primary & secondary fermentation, embracing the micro-biome present in our vineyard sites. The fermentation time was 23 days with 16% whole cluster. 13.2% ABV. 625 cases produced.
