This vintage is true to classic Yamhill-Carlton terroir. The dark crimson hue is a result of the concentration due to smaller berries. The nose is exuberant, with blueberry and raspberry liquor aromas, followed by a secondary soft profile of eucalyptus and sage. The palate has layers of concentrated fruit, supported by polished tannins. This wine is young on release and should age for 15 plus years.
