Production Notes
Our 2021 Dundee Hills Incline Pinot Noir is sourced from our Iron Filbert Vineyard in the Dundee Hills. Consists largely of Pommard clones. The final blend is a combination of stainless and concrete ferments with an average of 16 days on skins before pressing. 100% native, spontaneous fermentation. 40% whole cluster. Aged 11 months on lees in 20% new oak (10% new Taransaud French oak barrels and 10% new Kádár Hungarian oak barrels). 14.5% ABV. 1450 cases produced.
