This cuvée is a fun passion project from our Winemaker, Jared Etzel. The 2021 vintage grabs your attention at first glance with a rich golden hue born from 8 days of skin contact. The nose is dynamic with layered aromas of honey, almond, papaya, and lipstick. The palate is beautifully textured with a flavor intensity and waves of minerality true to the terroir of our Yamhill-Carlton Vineyard. This wine is refreshingly full of character and a treat to drink. Made with organically-farmed Chardonnay from our Yamhill-Carlton, Quartz Acorn Estate Vineyard.
