This wine opens with aromas of honeyed brioche, coconut husk, and sappy lime. Gardenia and a strong mineral backbone carry center stage as the wine opens. The palate is concentrated, with a mouth-watering salinity. This wine is precise and elegant in its youth and shows incredible aging potential. Made with organically-farmed Chardonnay from our Yamhill-Carlton, Quartz Acorn Estate Vineyard.
