This wine opens with aromas of honeyed brioche, coconut husk, and sappy lime. Gardenia and a strong mineral backbone carry center stage as the wine opens. The palate is concentrated, with a mouth-watering salinity. This wine is precise and elegant in its youth and shows incredible aging potential. Made with organically-farmed Chardonnay from our Yamhill-Carlton, Quartz Acorn Estate Vineyard.

Production Notes
Sourced from the southern slope of our Quartz Acorn Vineyard in Yamhill-Carlton. Clones 76 and 95. Our chardonnay is sorted slowly by hand and pressed whole cluster. No settling time before barreling down. 100% barrel fermented in neutral vessels with native yeasts. Full malolactic (secondary) fermentation. Aged on lees for 11 months in 100% neutral French oak. 12.5% ABV. 150 cases produced.
