Tirrena: An artisan pasta line from Frescobaldi.
Pasta Tirrena comes from the best terroir for growing ancient grains, thanks to the mineral soils, mild climate, and breezes from the Tyrrhenian Sea. Grains are sourced southwest of Florence on the Frescobaldi estates. The features of the terroir and the 72-hour minimum natural drying process, combined with the knowledge of the Frescobaldi family, give this pasta a unique personality.
Fusilli: Corkscrew-shaped spirals made for virtually any sauce or topping, such as creamy tomato vodka, but they are also our top choice for baked pasta dishes, soups, and pasta salads.
